Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not encourage refunds in any case. However, we do offer replacements under the following conditions:

Defective Products: If the product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects.
Incorrect Personalization: If there is a discrepancy between the order details and the delivered product (e.g., spelling errors, wrong image, etc.).

Non-Replaceable Items

Products that are correctly personalized and free from defects cannot be replaced.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items reported for replacement after 24 hours from the delivery date.

Replacement Process

Unboxing Video: Customers must provide a full unboxing video from the start to the end, showing the parcel shipment details clearly.
Contact Us: Within 24 hours of receiving your order, email the unboxing video to support@rapidgiftgenie with your order number and a description of the issue.
Verification: Our team will review and verify the unboxing video to confirm the damage or mistake.
Approval: If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement.
Processing: We will create and ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
Shipping Time: The time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary based on your location, maximum it will take around 7-10 business days after being verified.
